This website is owned and operated by Snuggleband. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about our company and the products we manufacture and sell. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

4. SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK standard shipping is free.

At checkout there is the option to upgrade to UK First Class or Signed For shipping.

Shipping to countries within the EU is £4.50

RETURNS:

Each Snuggleband is individually handmade with care and we hope that you are happy with yours. If you do need to return your order, please contact us using our contact form or email us on snuggleband@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The returned Snuggleband must be in the same condition as when you received it and be returned in the original packaging. When returning any items we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods.

You can return your Snuggleband for any reason and at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order and that it is received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.

Personalised Snugglebands cannot be returned.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
5. CONCLUSION
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
